AVAILABILITY:         Available to Farm and Home consumers for all farm and home uses and small schools, churches and community halls, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.  The capacity of individual motors served under this schedule shall not exceed ten horsepower (10 hp).

TYPE OF SERVICE:       Single-phase, 60 Hertz, at available secondary voltages.  Motors having a rated capacity in excess of ten horsepower (10 hp) must be three-phase.

MONTHLY RATE:

MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE:    The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $15.00 or the Contract amount.

BILLING ADJUSTMENTS:  Reference sheet Nos. 1 & 2.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The above charges are due within ten (10) days of the date of the bill.  A late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) will be added in the event the current bill is not paid in full within ten (10) days.
