AVAILABILITY:

Available for single-phase commercial, small industrial and farm service for all uses, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.  Service under this schedule is limited to consumers whose load requirements do not exceed 50 kVA of transformer capacity.  The transformer requirement of schools and churches may exceed 50 kVA.

TYPE OF SERVICE:

            Single-phase, 60 Hertz, at available secondary voltages.  Motors having a rated capacity in excess of ten horsepower (10 hp) must be three-phase.

MONTHLY RATE:

MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE:  The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $25.00.  Where it is necessary to extend or reinforce existing distribution facilities, the minimum monthly charge may be increased to assure adequate compensation for the added facilities

BILLING ADJUSTMENTS:  Reference sheet Nos. 1 & 2.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The above charges are due within ten (10) days of the date of the bill.  A late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) will be added in the event the current bill is not paid in full within ten (10) days.
