AVAILABILITY:  Available to members of the Cooperative for pump irrigation service, located adjacent to its three-phase lines, provided the Cooperative is allowed to install a control device and the total load is controlled by the Cooperative during peak periods for up to four (4) hours per day subject to called annual peak load days by WFEC. 

TYPE OF SERVICE:  Single-phase or Three-phase, 60 hertz, at available secondary voltages.

RATE:  The monthly charges shall be based on the following:

            Horsepower Charge: Year 2005                              $1.25 per HP/month

                                                 Year 2006                              $1.00 per HP/month

                                                 Year 2007                              $0.75 per HP/month

                                                 Year 2008 and thereafter       $0.50 per HP/month

            Operations Charge:

On Peak:  (For Usage months of June thru September)

                                    All kWh:                                               $0.0325 per kWh

Off Peak:  (For Usage months of October thru May)

                                    All kWh:                                               $0.015 per kWh

            Wholesale Power Charge: Applies to all kWh sales.

                                    All kWh:                                               $0.0570

MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE:  The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be the applicable horsepower charge, or fraction thereof, to establish the monthly minimum of the connected load.  The minimum charge shall be based on the horsepower charge and shall be calculated on not less than 10 horsepower.

DETERMINATION OF HORSEPOWER:  The Cooperative shall determine the connected horsepower by nameplate rating of the motors, or, at its option, by test under conditions of maximum operating load.

BILLING ADJUSTMENTS:  Reference sheet Nos. 1 & 2.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The above charges are due within ten (10) days of the date of the bill.  A late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) will be added in the event the current bill is not paid in full within ten (10) days.
