AVAILABILITY:  Available to municipals and rural water districts for water pumping, filtration plants, sewage treatment plants, and airport lighting, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

TYPE OF SERVICE:  Three-phase, 60 Hertz, at available primary voltages.

RATE:

Horsepower Charge:  For which the consumer shall receive no kWh       

Firm Power:                                                   $2.00 per HP/month

Curtailable:                                                    $0.00 per HP/month

Operations Charge:

On Peak:  (For Usage months of June thru August)

                                    All kWh:                                               $0.0450 per kWh

Off Peak:  (For Usage months of September thru May)

                                    All kWh:                                               $0.0250 per kWh

            Wholesale Power Charge: Applies to all kWh sales.

                                    All kWh:                                               $0.0570 per kWh

MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE:  The minimum monthly charge shall be based on the connected horsepower determined by the manufacturer’s nameplate rating.  The minimum shall be $1.00 per horsepower of connected load, but not less than $6.00.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The above charges are due within ten (10) days of the date of the bill.  A late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) will be added in the event the current bill is not paid in full within ten (10) days.
