AVAILABILITY:  Available to all consumers for outside area lighting where a mercury vapor light is installed on an existing pole.

TYPE OF SERVICE:  The Cooperative will install, maintain, and furnish electricity for mercury vapor lights.

MONTHLY RATE:

175 Watt Mercury Vapor Light                       $  6.90 per month

400 Watt Mercury Vapor Light                       $10.20 per month

More than 10 lights in a series                        $  5.90 per Light per month

Lights above 400 Watts shall be charged $10.20 per month plus $0.030 per Watt above 400 Watts.

If the Mercury Vapor Light is not installed on an existing pole, the consumer shall be charged for the cost incurred by the Cooperative for additional poles and wire.

BILLING ADJUSTMENTS:  Reference sheet Nos. 1 & 2.

The power cost adjustment shall be applied based on:

            175 Watt MV Light                    70 kWh

            400 Watt MV Light                  105 kWh

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The above charges are due within ten (10) days of the date of the bill.  A late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) will be added in the event the current bill is not paid in full within ten (10) days.

TERM OF CONTRACT:    A contract period of one (1) year is required for this service.
